With a menu that revolves around organically Farmed produce relying heavily on the farms Near our kitchen. Our meats and proteins are Also sourced daily from free range farms. The Highlight of the menu has to be our seafood, Flown in fresh daily from our suppliers in Port Blair and Chennai. Most of the fish is line- caught And is processed near the port early in the Morning and sent directly to us in Delhi.
Being Passionate about sourcing we ensure to foster Strong bonds with our suppliers which enables us to perform our duty as chefs and as a responsible Organization to protect the environment that Feeds and sustains us.
We use a zero waste strategy in the Kitchen
To lessen the burden we cause to the Environment we use a zero waste strategy in the Kitchen. All vegetable scraps are used either in Staff meals or to make fresh stock. To take this a Step forward we believe in recycling and Upcycling our plastic and glass bottles and Other waste, we have taken it upon ourselves to Minimize the use of plastic for our packaging, Whilst using recyclable glass and paper.
We are actively searching for alternatives to phase out the remaining plastic etc. Going back full circle we find ourselves wanting to serve you a meal you cannot forget and make you try new flavors and dishes that haven't been brought forward before. We hope to serve you for time to come and keep on raising the bar of in-home dining.
